We proudly serve 5,000 girls and 2,000 adults in Northern and Central New Mexico with a variety of programs and activities.

2009 GSNMT Annual Meeting
This year marked the second annual meeting of the Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails Council.
We had a wonderful turn-out and it was a great meeting complete with tissue paper flowers made by Girl Scout troops for the centerpieces and two young Girl Scout greeters dressed in fun chile pepper costumes hand made by our Fund Development Director Amy Cdebaca.

FAIR PLAY SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING CAMP

This 12-day science and engineering camp will be held on the New Mexico Tech campus in Socorro, NM. Girls will receive assistance in choosing and developing a topic for a science project and will have hands-on experience with various aspects of science, technology, and engineering. Girls will be introduced to women scientists, engineers, and technology specialists from industry, state and federal agencies, and colleges/universities. In addition, they will learn team-building skills and participate in science-related field trips and summer camp activities.

This camp opportunity will be on hiatus for 2009, but will return with an exciting program in the summer of 2010. Thank you very much for your interest and stay posted!
